I've paid, but my account hasn't been upgraded yet

In-App Purchases

If your payment was by In-App Purchase in our iOS apps, your Pro account will be automatically enabled once we receive notification of the payment from the iTunes Store. The upgrade is normally immediate, but can occasionally take 3-5 days if there's a delay in the iTunes Store processing the payment; you should receive a receipt by email from the iTunes Store once it is processed.

Credit Card or PayPal

If your payment was by credit card or PayPal on our website, and your account hasn't been upgraded to Pro immediately after your purchase, please let us know.
