Integration with Office 365

Not the same thing. Outlook365 is cloud-focused, so I use Outlook on the web instead of using the big fat outlook client on my laptop. RTM would need to have an app created for that. I stopped paying for RTM because this integration is critical for me and RTM has shown no sign of working on it
