start dates able to do everything that due dates do, including:
- start displays in green just as due shows in red
- start dates mimic all other due date options, including postponing, defaults on new tasks, query options
- users can utilize start instead of due, or utilize both. i use start date as dynamic soft priority/urgency and due dates for harder deadlines
