Audit log
Both in my phone app and sometimes with my browser (thanks to the shortcuts) I accidentally perform actions on tasks: Mark as Done, postpone, etc.
It would be great to have an audit log available for all the actions done on all the tasks, so that I could simply look at all the actions done in the past NN hours/days/weeks/forever(?).

It would be nice to have such a log for a single task. So I can see what has happened e.g. when an assigned task was accepted
