Please bring back search history. I find myself searching for the same things over and over again (e.g.: "shopping list" 20 times while I'm in town shopping). The search page has a massive amount of unused space for this.

At a minimum, make my last search appear in the search bar so I can edit it, in case I didn't find what I want and need to tweak it.
