The Android app will use whatever language you've set in your device's Settings.

However, we're aware that not all strings are supported currently. This is on our list to take a look at.

I have Russian Android (HTC Hero), Russian translated is finished on 100 % and I have latest version of RTM app from Market, but it UI is English :(.
