RTM in Outlook calendar

I have synced my RTM to my Outlook calendar. Works perfectly!
However, the events are showing as busy all day. I need them to show as "free" so they don't block out my calendar for the day.

Currently the iCalendar will show events as "busy" but will show them on the specific calendar, if that helps to exclude that from your time-blocking. Sorry for the inconvenience!
