Quick add buttons - can they be customised?

I don't know if this is the right name for them but I'm talking about the little icons that appear underneath the text bar when you're adding a new task, which let you quickly add a due date etc. I would love to INCLUDE one for tags (as I tag everything and EXCLUDE some of the ones I don't use eg. start date & give to.
