Is there a way to mention someone in comments?

I have a task that is for me to do but I am wondering if there is a way to mention someone in the comments so it pulls them into the discussion?

It's not currently possible to mention someone in a note, but it would be possible to add a subtask and give that to a contact. You could add a note to provide context there as well.
