As a long-time Vim user I can move around in RTM quite fast. However, I do miss my `gg` to jump to the top of the list and `G` to jump to the bottom. (Or at least `gg` to jump to the top and then go up one to go to the bottom.) My idea would be to add the `gg` and `G` shortcuts.
