Allow app icon to be customized on mobile

Within the RTM app, allow users an option to customize the app icon that appears on their mobile device's launcher.
Give users a few preset icon choices. Suggestions:
- cow silhouette
- cow icon with different colored backgrounds (including a black background, good for monochrome launcher themes)
