Removing the cow face on items sent to me.

When a task is "sent to" me there is a cow face on the item in the task list. That is very distracting. There should be a way to remove the cow face

Depending on your idea here, you may be able to change this. The icon shows next to a given task, and shows who is assigned for the task. You can change your photo in the web/desktop app's Account Settings.

Hope that helps, but we appreciate the feedback too if you don't want *any* icon generally.
