Single-user "Personal Access Tokens" for API auth

dlitz says:
GitHub provides "Personal Access Tokens", which are basically single-user API keys that are instantly available to all users. This means that I can get started with their API in about 30 seconds.

It would be really nice if the same thing was available for RTM's API.
